Facility

We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality chiropractic care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

We are located in DeSoto Texas off Interstate I-35E. If you're traveling from I-20, take I-35E South and exit at Beltline Road; stay on the service drive; and before you reach Beltline on the right is a shopping center--we are located in space 281. 

If traveling from Waxahachie exit Pleasant Run, loop back around going south, past the Ford Dealership on your right side (west side of highway).

Appointments

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by calling (469) 297-5162. If you would like to request an appointment online, please select the "Appointment Request" option from the menu above. A member of our staff will follow up with you directly to confirm scheduling.

Financial

Our practice accepts cash, check, major credit cards, auto insurance and we work with lawyers if this is a personal injury.  

Staff

Dr. N. Scott Hawkins, D.C. has been practicing since 1993.  Joy Hawkins is the owner and is also a Chiropractic Assistance and has been since 2000.
